We don’t offer returns and exchanges, as we are only selling digital files at this time.
Should the digital files be damaged or corrupted, please contact us within five business days.
We will provide you either with a refund or send you the file again, at your preference.
In such case, we kindly ask you to provide us with proof that the file is damaged (i.e. a screenshot of the error message).
